#109 Edwardian Petticoat. $15.00 (US funds)

Our Edwardian petticoat is an old favorite. It was first published in 1982 and retired because the methods to create the pattern were those used before 1989. We updated the sizes to 8 through 26. We have added an assembly diagram, lace identification and seams and their uses, and fabric layouts. The simple instructions are written and unillustrated.

While the Edwardian petticoat-skirt looks complicated, it is like most Edwardian clothing - extravagantly embellished. Under the lace and ribbon is a simple four-gored shape with a ruffle. The lace is placed on the fabric and the fabric behind the lace is cut away. It was mostly machine sewn.

The fabric, lace, and ribbon requirements listed below are a guide if you want to recreate the original.
