The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic. |

Pattern #2858 Size: 38" bust, 41" hips. This pattern was published by an independent pattern company or one of the many patterns sold through newspapers and magazines. It was originally described as "Ladies' and Misses' slip-on dress. The dress is slashed and closed at neck in front under an attached bow. It may also be closed under the left arm. The short set-in sleeves extend over shoulders to neck under an applied yoke. Removable tie-belt." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1934-1935. Suggested fabrics: Rayon print, rayon canton crepe, silk crepe, and organdy. The colors were blue lilac, ash rose, national blue, and applemint. Materials required: 3 Yds. 36" fabric.
