Saundra Ros Altman's: Past Patterns

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Size: 36" bust, 39" hips.

This pattern was published by The New Butterick Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Frock for Women and Misses. Long or mid-length skirt with godets. Long, capelet or puffed sleeve. Round or V-neck collar with high or low back opening. Removable belt."

No directions included.

Pattern dates circa 1930-1932.

Suggested fabrics: Chiffon, sheer crepe, marquisette, silk or cotton voile, rayons, celanese or bemberg, batiste, soft muslin, and cotton net. The colors were black, french beige, marron glace, navy blue, dark green, medium brown, Waikiki green, tan fancy, Nile green, and rose France.

Materials required: 5-3/4 Yds. 36" fabric.
