Saundra Ros Altman's: Past Patterns

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Size: 34" bust, 37" hips.

This pattern was published by The McCall Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' Coat, mid-length, V-neck with shawl collar". Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1929.

Suggested fabrics: Coats were made of fancy tweed, wool broadcloth, wool broadloom, wool repbloom, Celanese moire. The colors were tan, black, burgundy, light green, light navy blue, and navy blue.

Materials required: 4-1/8 Yds. 35" wide.
