#6193: Ladies' and Misses' One-piece Dress: Circa 1929-1930

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.


Pattern #6193

Size: 38" bust, 41" hips.

This pattern was published by The Ladies Home Journal Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' one-piece dress, with diagonal joining at front forming circular flare at lower part below belt. Open neck with attached collar and tie. Long dart-fitted sleeves with applied bands." Written directions.

Suggested fabrics: One-piece dresses were made of broadcloth, fancy plaid tweed, wool kashavelle, fancy sport plaid, khaki cloth, cotton tweed, lonsdale jean, and Hong Kong jean cloth. The colors were blue, grey, tan, white, navy blue, and black.

Materials required: 4-1/8 Yds. 36" wide fabric.
