The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.


 

Pattern #6221: Girls' Coat: Circa 1930

Size: 28" bust.

This pattern was published by The McCall Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Girls' Coat with optional cape and front closure. Front patch pockets and belt closure." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1930.

Suggested fabrics: Twill gabardine, cotton tweed, cotton jersey, and leatherette. The colors were tan, blue, gray, green, brown, red, and black.

Materials required: 3-1/8 Yds. 36" fabric.
