The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic. |

Pattern #6391 Size: 30" bust This pattern was published by The Ladies Home Journal Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Girls' and Juniors' Coat, with or without shoulder cape, convertible collar, patch pockets and one-seam sleeves with turn-back cuffs". Written directions. Pattern dates circa 1930. Suggested fabrics: Girls' coats were made of Twill gabardine, cotton tweed, cotton jersey, and leatherette. The colors were tan, blue, gray, green, brown, red, and black.
