#6424: Ladies' and Misses' Step-in Combination: Circa 1928-1929

The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.

Size: 38" bust, 41" hips.

This pattern was published by The Ladies Home Journal Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' step-in combination, with pointed outline at top attached shoulder straps and two-piece circular insets at each side. Upper part and lower part of front and back are perforated for lace." Written directions.

Suggested fabrics: Step-in combinations were made of silk pongee, searslip cloth, glove silk, crepe de chine, rayon, tub silk, radium silk and mercerized jersey. The colors were flesh, white or tan..

Materials required: 1-3/4 Yds. 36" wide fabric.
