The Vintage Revivals patterns are only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. The patterns are printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic. |

Pattern #7394 Size: 36" bust, 39" hips. This pattern was published by The McCall Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Misses' Empire Dress, suitable for small women; straight skirt pleated or gathered; in two lengths." Detailed directions. Pattern dates circa 1920. Suggested fabrics: Empire dresses were made of silk georgette crepe, silk charmeuse, and cotton voile. The colors were pearl gray, flesh, navy blue, black, taupe, orchid, Copenhagen blue, and reseda green. Materials required: 5-3/8 Yds. 36" wide.
